Lumen

Lumen is a boutique Pilates studio app: guided classes with every cue, every breath and every line. Each class starts with a short setup before the timer begins, with left and right named and a countdown you can hear.

• Breath ring for inhale and exhale, plus a voice that names the shape
• Classes by body area: core, glutes, spine and back, arms and posture, legs, hips, pelvic floor, full body
• Studio classes of roughly 6 to 11 minutes
• Programs of 14, 21 and 28 days with rest days on the calendar

One-time payment, lifetime access.
