Formkid

Formkid is school consent in two clicks. The teacher builds a short form (trip, photos, health, pick-up) and sends it to the class; the parent approves the child's details from a link, with no account and nothing to install. The teacher sees by name who has not answered yet.

• Teacher builds a form with a few fields and sends it to the class
• Parents get a link by SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp and need no account
• Child details are saved once and reused across forms
• A list of names shows who is still missing, with reminders (Plus)
• Free plan: 1 class, up to 30 students and 3 forms. Plus lifts the limits and adds CSV export and reminders
• Parents are always free; the app has no grades, attendance or chat, only consents

One-time payment, lifetime access.
