Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may receive contact and account details; order, billing, payment-status and transaction information; messages and service enquiries; newsletter choices; device, browser, IP-address, cookie and storefront-usage information; and records needed for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Payment-card details are processed by Shopify and the configured payment providers rather than stored by Vendmont in full.

Tools marked “Free · Live” run inside your browser. Entries and generated output are not intentionally uploaded to Vendmont. Some tools can use your browser’s local storage so work can remain on that device; clearing browser storage removes it. A tool page may still create ordinary Shopify web logs such as IP address, browser type and page visit.

Why we use information

We use information to provide the site and any requested product, support or service; prepare and perform contracts; process and document payments and refunds; keep the store secure; answer enquiries; comply with tax, accounting and consumer-law duties; improve the store; and send marketing only where a lawful basis allows it. The applicable basis may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

Who receives information

Retention
