Digital products

Digital products do not require physical shipping. The product page and checkout state the electronic delivery method and any expected delivery timing before payment.

Physical products

Physical products can be ordered where the product page and checkout accept the delivery destination. Available destinations and any shipping charge are shown before payment.

For non-stroller physical products that show free standard delivery at checkout, the standard delivery cost is included in the product price. Strollers can have a region-specific delivery charge, which is shown at checkout. Product-specific dispatch or delivery information, tracking availability and the process for delay, loss or damage are provided on the product page, at checkout or in the order communication as applicable.
