1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to vendmont.com, its free tools, product previews, enquiries and any purchase that the store clearly enables. Vendmont is operated by Sarkhan Ismayilov, a sole trader trading as ASELO SARKHAN ISMAYILOV. Contact info@vendmont.com.

2. Store status

Paid digital products currently have public sales previews. A preview does not provide the paid file, licence, entitlement or full functionality. No purchase is available unless the relevant product page visibly offers checkout. Waitlists and service-enquiry forms do not create an order, reserve availability or authorize a charge.

3. Prices and orders

Store prices are displayed in euros. The checkout will show the total price and any applicable taxes or other charges before an order is submitted. An order is accepted only when we send an acceptance or fulfillment confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order where the listing or price is clearly erroneous, payment fails, supply is unavailable or fraud/security review requires it, with any captured payment refunded.

4. Digital products

Before checkout, the product page will state the main features, format, compatibility, licence summary, price and delivery method. Paid files and access details are supplied only through the configured post-payment delivery process. Unless stated otherwise, a purchase grants the named buyer a non-transferable right to use the product for the described personal or internal-business purpose; resale, redistribution, public sharing, sublicensing and removal of rights notices are prohibited.

5. Digital supply and withdrawal

Where law gives a cancellation period, immediate access to digital content is provided during that period only after any required express request, consent and acknowledgement about the effect on the right to cancel. Statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unavailable digital content remain unaffected.

6. Free tools

Tools marked free may be used without payment for lawful personal or internal-business purposes. You must not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer for exploitation, or use them to infringe rights or break the law. Outputs are informational and may contain errors; important financial, tax, health, legal, compliance or safety decisions require independent verification.

7. Services

Public service pages are invitations to enquire. A service starts only after a separate written scope confirms deliverables, responsibilities, price, timetable, cancellation terms and any required deposit. Service descriptions are implementation support and not legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice.

8. Physical products

The Physical Zone is currently a preview and no physical product is offered for sale. Product-specific identity, safety, delivery, return and price information will be published before any physical checkout is enabled.

9. Intellectual property

The Vendmont name, site design, original copy, software, tools and paid product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights not expressly granted remain with the operator or relevant licensors.

10. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site available and information accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Vendmont is not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made without the independent verification expressly recommended by the relevant tool or product.

11. Applicable rights and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you are not displaced by these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the rules that legally apply to the contract and customer; these terms do not invent a UK company or registered office.
